I would like Honda’s advisors to have more training on the history of sexism in cars and mechanic spaces, and how intimidating it can be to be in an autobody space as a non-man. I have felt talked down to the history of sexism in cars and mechanic spaces, and how intimidating it can be to be in an autobody space as a non-man. I have felt talked down to because I don’t understand what’s happening at Honda repeatedly and not because I don’t know what the advisor is saying, but because they regularly contradict other advisors and give different information from appointment to appointment. So then I’m confused by the situation and flaws in advisor communication/paperwork interpretation and that gets interpreted as not understanding what they’re saying about the car and they get a real “let me spell it out for you like you’re a child” attitude and that’s just sexist and annoying (whether they meant it be or not). Advisors should also understand whats happening with the cars more. It really seems like they only know how to interpret the paperwork (and sometimes they dont even do that very well), but they don’t actually know how to explain things happening with work on the car. Overall more training feels needed for most advisors I’ve worked with. More

I was very happy with the service I received from Luther Brookdale Honda. I was looking for a specific vehicle and the team member had the car wait for me when I arrived. He set everything up with my car Brookdale Honda. I was looking for a specific vehicle and the team member had the car wait for me when I arrived. He set everything up with my car including my seat, tailgate height, radio, cellphone Bluetooth snd mire. They did the approval and processed the paperwork seamlessly. After a week or two they called to see if I had any questions off eg concerns. I would not hesitate to use this dealership again. More
