Worked with Ben Wysocki who helped me with an air conditioning problem on my Honda Ridgeline truck. It was nothing short of a great experience. Ben walked me through what was needed and how much it could cost. Then he managed to get what would have been a $1200.00 bill down to a $25.00 copay for the fix. He talked to the "Honda" people and explained I was a loyal customer (I am) and they agreed that even though my truck was past the warranty, to fix the problem at essentially no cost. This was a very pleasant surprise and it was all due to Ben taking care of it. If it hadn't been for him, I would have had to get it repaired some where else for close to a thousand dollars! I can't say enough about him and the whole service department. More
