The first Fiancé person was an arrogant self righteous individual! We had our own financing worked out and he just pushed. We almost walked out! Made an appointment for an oil change and to have the walk away auto lock feature looked at for the 3rd time under my Honda certified warranty. Had 3 issues throughout the experience. 1. My original app walk away auto lock feature looked at for the 3rd time under my Honda certified warranty. Had 3 issues throughout the experience. 1. My original appt was cancelled by the dealership due to a power outage. That was an unexpected blow. When I finally got my car in 1.5 weeks later, I was planning on waiting while they worked on it but they unexpectedly offered me a rental at no charge. That was the best part of the experience. 2. When I returned to pick up my car the next day, I discovered they NEVER did the oil change. So I had to sit for 45 minutes for them to do that. Thankfully they offered service recovery of providing the oil change free of charge. 3. I am STILL HAVING ISSUES with the walk away auto lock feature. In fact, it's happened at least once every single day since I picked up the car. I've provided Honda with video of the issue, but yet they still can't seem to figure out how to fix it since they can't reproduce the problem while the car is in the shop. More

Our family has always bought vehicles from the Luther group for the last 25 years , always happy with their honesty and professionalism. However today my son brought our 2019 Crv Awd with only 15000 mile group for the last 25 years , always happy with their honesty and professionalism. However today my son brought our 2019 Crv Awd with only 15000 miles on it to get an oil change . The service advisor comes back and tells my son that he needed Differential fluid change because it needs it !! The service intervals for Honda states that differential fluid change is not due until 30000 miles service . It costs around $100.00 for that My son okayed the work and move on !! I was told this when I got home and I’m actually furious on you guys pulling this scam and unnecessary job on my kid !! It’s wrong and pathetic of your service Dept to take advantage of anyone when they Trust and come to you for service I hope you’ll enjoy the theft of $100 My family will never come or buy or recommend your Dealership to anyone. You just lost a loyal and repeat customer for life . More
