I have been taking my car to Honda for many years, every time I am there they are always pushing additional work , understandable if my car needs it - but I wish they would take time to explain what work my time I am there they are always pushing additional work , understandable if my car needs it - but I wish they would take time to explain what work my car needs - not just throw out numbers $500 here and another $700 there - December when I had an oil change they said I also have an oil leak should we fix it, I decided to have you fix it . I was just there a couple weeks ago for an oil change and I was asked you have an oil leak should we fixed it, I said you fixed it in December, the was told it must be another one...what kind of answer is that. your customers are supposed to trust you, I feel I am taken advantage of, am I???? The service was fast. I was quoted two prices which was frustrating. The first one I got on the phone was lower and then when I talked to the person at checkout they tried to charge more.
