When searching for a replacement for my wrecked 2018 CRV, I was truthfully told that the dealership had a 2021 CRV on the lot (got the run around at a couple other dealers) so this was great! Service appointments always seem to take 2.5-3 hours. They scratched my wife's dashboard while installing a CD player. The follow up appointment to replace the scratched piece took another 3 hours. No one apologized for the scratched piece or the inconvenience of having to waste another afternoon having it replaced. My advice: Go to Rapids Honda in Coon Rapids More
