Communication was great except the alignment work. Both rear tires weren’t noticed by the technician that there was significant inside wear on the tires. Wires were showing - they were completely bald Both rear tires weren’t noticed by the technician that there was significant inside wear on the tires. Wires were showing - they were completely bald on inside - I wasn’t told anything about this. And the car still is pulling hard to the left which wasn’t corrected. So when I got the car home I swapped the front tires to see if this made a difference and it did not change anything. Not sure of next step but I can’t keep getting charged for something that’s not getting fixed. More
