I had an appointment but when I got there at 10AM they said they were way behind and might not be able to get my car in that day. I did receive an answer to my text around 2PM that it should be done around 4. That was too late for my original ride so I had to make other arrangements. My second ride had to leave at 4 so they dropped me off because they couldn't wait any longer. When I got there my car was done and the tech had gone home and no one bothered to call me. They had my phone number. They could have called me ahead of time to reschedule or let me know if later was ok. They had multiple opportunities to communicate with me to make this process easier but they failed at every occasion. I don't know the names of the people I spoke with but they were polite. More
