I was at first only doing service for my Dodge Dart but after looking at all the vehicles I was curious to see if I could trade it in. I was introduced by the service advisor, Tyler, to Chad Feist. Chad punched the numbers in with the respective people in charge for the cash offer, and they did a pretty decent value compared to the other dealerships I have asked. 3 business days into the process, Chad was able to communicate to me constantly about the trade in and although it was not exactly what I was looking for in my choices, he has exceeded my expectations nevertheless. Mike who I believe is the finance manager in Luther, made sure to get the payments for the vehicle to the range I have been expecting, and reminded me to make sure to get Gap insurance too. Finally, I have a Jeep Cherokee in my hands. Both of them were very efficient, and made something that sounded really impossible, possible. I thought I was going to be stuck with my old Dart but now I walked out with a vehicle I’m proud of. Thanj you guys and hopefully my next purchase will be the JL Wrangler in the future! More
