Jay Diggs, my sales consultant took care of me from my initial inquiry toward the last bit down to a door handle cover the used vehicle was missing. Something just as simple as that, I knew he was going to take care of me. Process was simple and easy, knew what vehicle the family wanted, got the pre approval. Jay had the vehicle ready to test drive, show for the appointment, no pressure or hassle. Vehicle went though inspection & had a few maintenance pieces that needed done and most dealers, knowing it’s sold would have let it just pass, not these guys, they got it remedied in a timely fashion. Brett, finance manager did awesome and was very personable through the transaction as well. Amazing experience! Great work Jay, thanks for all of your help. I’m a repeat customer while I’m in MPLS no doubt. More
