Our first visit was fantastic with absolutely no pressure from the sales person (we laughed and joked around a lot), which I was nervous about. They were respectful of our budget and stated they would keep an eye out for similar vehicles with our requirements locally and nationwide. Our second visit, the weekend after, was when we purchased after test driving another vehicle that had become available in the last week. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience and we're quite happy with our new Cherokee! More

Our Experience, this time, was awesome. I must admit, we were hesitant to come back to this dealership after having some issues with the service department in 2011. However, we came to look at the Jeep Cherokees not really planning on buying. The salesperson was in the lot. He greeted us cheerfully, and offered to answer any questions we had. My husband has a disability which makes it difficult to walk for very long, so once again the sales person offered his assistance. This time we accepted. My husband is a Mopar expert in his own right, and loves to test the knowledge of auto sales people. Jordan was not only knowledgeable, but shared insights we were not aware of. We agreed to sit down with him and discuss terms. We had saved up for the down payment for quite some time, and after looking at the options, decided it was more cost effective to lease our new vehicle. There was never any pressure or arm twisting, and all questions were answered. It s a was a pleasurable, but lengthy, experience. More
