Difficult to work with! The facility is very nice but people and policy are difficult. I feel I got scammed on the Pulse brake light $299.00 for a $20.00 Amazon purchase. I guess I walked in to that one. $100.00 for purchase and install would have been more appropriate. Also I felt forced into their-- $150 fee for handing the title, tax on purchase and license plates. I can , and have completed this process many times before on my own with other car purchases. I bought outright-no loan, showed car ins proof, so no liability on their part as they claimed was reason they had to do the $150 above items. People do feel taken advantage of in situations as described above and as they say - A satisfied customer will tell 10 people how they were treated where a dissatisfied customer will tell 100!! More
