Repeat customer received stellar service I first became a customer of Luther Brookdale CJDR in July 2017 when I was shopping for a new Dodge Charger. The first experience I met Claudio in Sales and worked with Benji in the Business Office. At that time Claudio had just started with the dealership and the delivery was a little rough. Fast forward two years and yesterday I went in and met with Claudio to test drive a new Jeep Cherokee completely not thinking they would be able to get numbers that could work for me given I was trading my Charger and had been rolling over some negative equity. Claudio not only was a pro at going over the details of the Cherokee and all of the features he was able to get me all set and done with a sign and drive lease within two hours with Benji in the Business Office wrapping up the paperwork. Before stopping in to Luther Brookdale CJDR two years ago I had been a General Motors customer for the last 18 years and I am looking forward to being a CJDR customer on into the future. More
