Very good experience with personalized attention to my needs Overall, I had a really good new car buying experience at Luther Brookdale Chrysler. I think you can ask anyone at the store and they will tell you th Overall, I had a really good new car buying experience at Luther Brookdale Chrysler. I think you can ask anyone at the store and they will tell you that I am extremely particular, but my salesperson Victor was very patient with me and treated me with respect in terms of not pressuring me into making a decision to buy something I didn't want. He really went above and beyond. The finance process was simple and smooth. We had a bit of hiccup on my trade, but the team did a nice job of working with me to come to an amicable solution for both parties. If I could provide one piece of constructive feedback it would be to spend a bit more time on the presentation of the vehicle at final delivery. The truck was unfortunately very dirty from the rain we had had the previous day. Yes, I can wash it, but it just feels really good to drive away in not only a new vehicle, but a new and clean vehicle for the very first time. All part of the customer experience.
