Grand Cherokee: Quick, Convenient, and Respectful I first visited Luther Brookdale about a week before my wedding and that's when I first met Chad. I told Chad about everything going on in my life and I first visited Luther Brookdale about a week before my wedding and that's when I first met Chad. I told Chad about everything going on in my life and that I was in no hurry to purchase a new vehicle. He understood and walked me through the different types of Grand Cherokees and educated me on the available incentives and Luther. This is typically where I become annoyed with dealerships as the constant phone calls begin on coming back to purchase a new vehicle. However, this is exactly the opposite of my experience with Chad. I received an email to have a wonderful wedding and happy honeymoon with an additional message of when you're ready please let me know. Now, I understand that some people may not be a fan of this style, but I appreciated this because it showed that he listened to what was going on in my life and respected my "not in a hurry" request. The purchasing could not have been any easier. I reached out to Chad about a few vehicles that were in stock and inquired about the differences. Chad responded and worked up a quote. We set up a meeting and within about two hours I was leaving Luther with a new Grand Cherokee. I would highly recommend Luther Brookdale as the purchasing process is easy and stress free. They don't push the extras hard like some dealerships; I was introduced to the additional options, but if it was something I didn't want it ended there without the extra push of "You need it because of x, y, or z." I worked with Al through the financing process and he explained the options for me and let me decide what would be best for me. Al was great to work with as he was interested in getting to know me as a person instead of just another sale. Great experience! More
