One thing that was important was that I felt very heard through my whole experience. I don't think I'd ever give any dealership 5 stars.... So 4 stars should tell potential customers that my experience was better than tmmany other dealerships. I used to sell trucks at a dealer and I didn't like that side of the experience either. Anyway.... In felt I was treated fairly and maybe...just maybe even a bit better than fair. I left happy and that is the goal for both sides of the transaction. I will certainly check out Luther again when I am in the market for another vehicle. More
