From the moment I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed. Justin helped me get started on the car buying process right away. When I mentioned I was enjoying the rental, a Kia Soul but didn't think I could afford it, he offered to look into whether I could work something out. He spent time going over a least 5 different options for me that included both my original idea and the Kia Soul. At no time did I feel pressured or overwhelmed by the numbers. He answered every question and every concern I had and left it to me to make a final decision. In the end, I was able to get the car I really wanted with features I love and I can't wait to start driving my Kia Soul. More
I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership before, only from personal sellers. I was in a time crunch so I wanted to buy from a dealership so I could get more information quickly. I called initially about one vehicle and they actually pointed me to a better vehicle at the same price. I went to see the vehicle and it was in great shape so I bought it that day. They were willing to work with me on the price to get it where I was comfortable. On top of that, one of the benefits I wanted buying from a dealer was disclosure, I thought they would be able to tell me about any known issues. When I left I realized that the windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying. Even though I bought the vehicle as is, the used car sales manager Chad was willing to help me out. Service like this is what keeps me coming back to a business for years! More

I was in the market for a new car and I had test driven 19 different cars from 8 different dealerships. By far my experience at Lupient Kia & specifically with Josh Branham was the best. Josh took his time showing me all the different special features of my new Optima as well as giving me a brief history of the car company & specifics of the car's engine that made it different from others. Josh was patient & never pushy as often car sales staff can come across. He made me feel as if I was the only customer within the very busy dealership. I ended up purchasing the car on a Wed. evening & because they were back logged in the financing office it got pretty late. Josh kept checking on me as I waited & stayed past the posted closing time of the dealership & made sure I understood the basics of the car & synced up my phone to get me home that night. This high degree of professionalism & customer service impressed me beyond words. He made a point to have me come in the next day since it was getting late & I was getting tired, to go through all the many extra features of the new car so I understood how everything worked & was comfortable using it. In past car purchases, I've felt as if after I signed on the dotted line I was on my own. Josh & team made it clear this would never be the case & that they were here to help whenever, he even walked me through the dealership showing me where things were when I would come in for service. His high degree of customer service, attention to detail & friendly personality made the experience the best I've had & I would recommend working with him to all my friends & family. Everyone I've dealt with at the dealership has been great, they take that extra step to make sure you're comfortable & that you understand all aspects of the sale & car. Honestly the degree of attention to detail & customer service is what you would come to expect from a high level luxury car brand. I knew nothing of the Kia brand walking in & couldn't be happier with my choice of car & dealership. I would highly recommend visiting Lupient Kia & specifically Josh if you're looking at a Kia. More
I recently purchased a 2013 Sportage for Lupient Kia in Brooklyn Park. After my purchase, Shane from their Service department helped to solidify my trust in working with the dealership going forward with his help during my rustproofing/undercoating appointment. He called within 24 hours of my vehicle purchase to set up the appointment, made sure I had a loaner to use while the work was being done, and answered some tough questions from me after the work was completed. Everyone I worked with here was responsive and informative during our interactions, and I feel as if I chose the best Kia dealership in the Twin Cities to meet my needs, both for this purchase and for the service as I continue to enjoy my Sportage! Walking into Lupient Kia is always a pleasure. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. We came in looking for Justin as we had worked so well with him before. We told him about Justin and he assured us that he would make sure Justin was up to date on any deal we put together. Andrew was so helpful. He answered all of our questions clearly and completely leading us to the Soul that fit our requirements perfectly. The next day we came in to complete the process. Andrew was off but Justin was there. He seamlessly picked up and continued the process without a miss-step. Justin is so thoughtful, professional and willing to go the extra mile. Both men made us feel we were special and not just a "sale". Nathan made the financing a very painless process. He too was extremely thoughtful and professional. They all worked so hard to make our dreams come true. THANK YOU!! Needless to say, when it comes time to purchase a new car, we will be returning to Lupient Kia to begin our journey. Two words you rarely hear these days when discussing a car dealership. These are the best words to describe Lupient Kia. I went in, not expecting to get a vehicle, just looking. I needed a vehicle that I could use for Search and Rescue (off-road capabilities), but also for daily driving (fuel efficient). So I was looking at SUV's. We were greeted right away by Andrew at the door. Andrew listened closely to our needs and had some recommendations. The first vehicle I drove was a 2011 Sorento. It had the perfect dimensions to carry all my SAR gear, and was good on gas mileage as well. It had the V6 and AWD that I needed to get into the back woods if needed as well. Had some fun with the test drive (Andrew is gonna laugh if he reads this). Leaving the parking lot on a snowy day, I tested the impact resistance of the vehicle against a curb... on purpose so I told my significant other. Anyways after the test drive I fell in love with the vehicle. Had everything I needed and more. Next it was on to Nathan. Believe me when I tell you this was the greatest experience with any financial department of any dealership I have ever had. He was very fast and got us the deal we needed. Paperwork was max 10 minutes and we were out the door in our new ride! Working with Andrew, Nathan, and Jesse has been the best car dealership experience I have ever had. They don't BS you around or try to sell out of your range. They TRULY listen to you. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for any type of vehicle. They have an excellent selection of all types of vehicles and will treat you like family. Stop being jerked around by other dealerships. Go to Lupient Kia and ask for Andrew... now! Side note: A few days after the sale Andrew sent us a picture of the large gouge in the snowbank where I tested the curb, with a personal note. That's what I mean by treating you like family! More

Our 2011 KIA Soul was totaled in an accident on December 5, 2013. We were broadsided by someone going 45 mph. There was the driver and a front passenger in our car. Fortunately the front passenger side and seat air bags deployed ensuring no serious inguries. Our Insurance agent was surprised that the passenger walked away from accident. Because of that incident, we bought ourselves another Soul, a 2014 on December 14 and are very happy with it. The handling is great in this MN Winter weather. And the car is very comfortable. We were very pleased with the service at Lupient KIA and were treated well by all whom we dealt with and talked to. More
