I dropped off my Kia on a Thursday and had to reach back out to them to get my car back that Monday. There were 5 pairs of shoes, jewelry, money, and all of my softball gear (i.e. bag, fielding glove, cleat out to them to get my car back that Monday. There were 5 pairs of shoes, jewelry, money, and all of my softball gear (i.e. bag, fielding glove, cleats, and softballs) missing when I got my car back. My console was also opened and scattered all over my passenger seat. I did not understand because the work that was done on my car was under the hood. After weeks of calling them for updates regarding the investigation, they said they could not do anything about it since it was none of the employees after "searching them and their cars." They also said, "The car may have been left unlocked by one of the workers, and Kia is not responsible for items left in the car." Weeks had gone by of me trying to reach out to them to get that answer, and I did not get an answer until I said I was going to file a police report. My car is not the type of car that someone would think to break into and go straight to the trunk for all of those items. The whole investigation was weird and how the dealership went about it, including ignoring my father's calls. In conclusion, I would not recommend taking your car to this dealership for work being done! More
They were sloppy because it was close to closing time. Thsyd just not exceptable. I didnt bring my car in like that They charge for diagnosis that they are not sure that that's the problem the blower motor. He unplugged it and plugged it back up and its working find its was working when I brought it in bit it works when it wants to but it was already working. Seems like its the guessing game. I am very disappointed with Kia of Lumberton and the mechanics. I was in thete from 11am until almost 6:00pm. Very long day i paid alt of money a little over 900 dollars. And 114 I should of not had to pay for a guessing diagnosis . just really upset right now. They usually give good service. Might have to use another Kia dealer Mad customer Barbara Collins More
