BUYER BEWARE: Do not purchase any additional services from REGGIE in the Finance Department. Reggie did a good job processing paperwork on the purchase of the vehicle. I mentioned to him that I would l from REGGIE in the Finance Department. Reggie did a good job processing paperwork on the purchase of the vehicle. I mentioned to him that I would like to have another key since my vehicle only had one. He said that if I give him $200 I could key all the keys anytime I wanted. Actually, He sold me a Key Replacement Contract that has a $450 limit on the key. The key for my vehicle was $700. The dealership wanted me to pay the additional $250. This is a very deceptive business practice. Either REGGIE didn't know about the limit or he lied to me. Either way, If this the way this dealership conducts business please reconsider dealing with them. More
