We enjoyed the experience. But Lumberton Kia gave us such a good deal on the 2016, we decided to trade. Lumberton Kia was very professional/curtious/accommodating. When purchasing a vehicle the process always takes a while, but thanks to our representative John Wayne it was a good experience. More

Please do not trust this dealer, especially with their KBB pricing scam. They will lure you into their dealership based on the Kelly Blue Book offer you get. The KBB price is based on meticulous descript KBB pricing scam. They will lure you into their dealership based on the Kelly Blue Book offer you get. The KBB price is based on meticulous descriptions and posting pictures of all the aspects of your vehicle. The price is sent to their dealership. Once you get there they will tell you it's worth 40% less than what the KBB site quoted for a "dealer trade-in price" NOT a "private sell price". They also will use scams like I was told during February our manager will give $4,000 above KBB because we have two people that want your vehicle already. These people are the lowest of the low. They will say anything to get you into their dealership. To top it off, they will give you a little more money if you buy direct from them, even if it will take 6months to get the vehicle you want. Save yourself tons of grief, and don't trust sleazy sales tactics from this dealership. I can't believe they are still in business. More
