Bad ethical approch This is review is not about the person but the practices. The sales rep I worked with was Terry and forgot his manager's name I went in with the on This is review is not about the person but the practices. The sales rep I worked with was Terry and forgot his manager's name I went in with the online price. After driving the van we sat down for pricing. To my surprise they added $1200 (I do not remember exact amount because they did not let me take that paper) for things that they will have to do after buying vehicle (from where ever they buy) to pass state inspection, complete detail etc. Terry pointed out the "*" text at the bottom of the page. There is nothing says (or atleast I think) that I am the one to pay for those things. After while he took out that out from the total price but then telling me he reduced price which should not have been there at the first place. I understand we were off on price but to my shock Terry's manager said that they put internet price low to get people in (they list online price same as to for how much they buy. haha that was a joke). They add price to clean and other things later. This is their approach to bring people to the table. He also mentioned that the owner of the dealer choose this approach to bring people in and they do for all the location. This I think is completely unacceptable. More
