We knew what we wanted already and she listened and went over everything to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. She was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. We started paperwork and it was like we were sitting there with an old friend. Caleb and Markus worked with us getting the numbers worked up. It was not one of those oh my god we are going to.sit in a dealership all day. It actually was I don't mind because these people are treating me like a friend. A few hours lat We just wanted to share our car buying experience at Lugoff Ford. We bought a car from them on the morning of Saturday, December 23rd. A few hours later we found a little problem that concerned us. We called to discuss our concerns and decided that we should return the car and look for something else. They took it back with no questions asked. They offered another car for us to drive over the weekend, stating that if we liked it we could work out the details on Tuesday, remember Monday was Christmas day and they would be closed. We decided to purchase the second vehicle. The overall experience we had with the dealership was great. Robert, our salesman; Markus, the sales manager; Kyle, the finance manager; and Richard, the general manager, were all terrific. They exceeded our expectations, and offered a great car at a great price. Buying a car has never been a favorite pastime, but the people at Lugoff Ford made our experience very pleasant. Fantastic experience We traveled from Maryland to Sumter SC for Christmas in our 05 Ford Escape. We knew we were going to need to replace the escape soon but once we got h We traveled from Maryland to Sumter SC for Christmas in our 05 Ford Escape. We knew we were going to need to replace the escape soon but once we got here we decided the time had come. My sister has been going to this dealership for years and always talked about the great deals and service, so I called her and she called "her salesman" John Hill. He met us out in the parking lot and got right to work. In no time at all we drove away in our brand new Ford Explorer. John was very friendly and professional. He even called us while we driving home to make sure we were doing ok and called the following day to make sure we got home safe. We will definitely come back to Lugoff Ford when it's time to replace our other car. More
