The staff was courteous and helpful. My Jeep was done in no time and I was also able to bring in my daughter’s car and they quickly did her oil change the same day. Very convenient! My new Ram would not start and Lucas was the closest to get it looked at. The Service Shop was extremely busy but they were still able to get the trucked looked at and the Battery switched out by the end get it looked at. I guess gone are the days of vacuuming cars and checking air pressure in tires, the last 2 times I’ve come they didn’t check them and then I asked it be checked and they over inflated them to 41, 41, 41, an air pressure in tires, the last 2 times I’ve come they didn’t check them and then I asked it be checked and they over inflated them to 41, 41, 41, and 39 psi when it clearly states on the sticker inside the door 35 psi. Yesterday I checked them after my service and clearly they didn’t cause they were still over inflated. I’ve always brought my car here for service since I bought it 3 yrs ago but maybe it’s time to rethink my choice of service places. I would like to add the employees are all friendly and that I like. I put a review on Google about this place. I’ll copy it below I originally had written a bad review for here due to a run in with one of the sales staff but Lucas Jeep has been redeemed. Had a wonder below I originally had written a bad review for here due to a run in with one of the sales staff but Lucas Jeep has been redeemed. Had a wonderful experience with a warranty issue with my Gladiator. While I was all the way in Nebraska, the shop I stopped at to get a tire rotation, they noticed I had a pretty severe oil leak on my brand new truck. I called local dealers in the area and no one would give me the time of day for what I considered a pretty major issue. I sucked it up and drove back home (keeping the oil topped off the whole way). I called Lucas when they opened on Monday and i had told them about the issue. They told me they we’re a week and a half booked, but they would put some time aside to look if I could come in immediately. OF COARSE! On my way! I was there in 10 minutes and was greeted by one of the nicest and most helpful service writers I’ve ever met. I hate to say I forget his name. Larger build. Beard. Super cool guy. Would totally drink a beer with him. Anyway. He rushed my truck into the shop and I waited no more than 15 minutes for him and one of the mechanics (named OG) to come and talk to me. They explained to me the problem and that it was probably caused by some light off-roading (which is totally plausable). They offered to fix it immediately (under warranty) and told me it would be finished by the end of the day. They did give me the option to schedule but I wanted it fixed and done. Here comes the crazy good part With no rentals available, I looked to Uber to pick me up. Of coarse no drivers were around. I live 3 miles away from there so I decided to hoof it. I started walking towards hainesport and stopped at the wawa on my way. I walked in. Ordered a cold drink from the deli and waited. Now remember, OG was the mechanic working on it? He was at the wawa! He saw me and recognized me and kindly told me my truck was done! He had asked if I had ubered to the wawa and I told him “no I walked it”. We both had a slight chuckle about it and then he offered to give me a ride back to my truck! I accepted and had great conversation while waiting for our food from wawa. He brought me back to Lucas and dropped me off by the service desk. OG and the service writer included an oil change with the whole debacle to make up for lost oil. You guys rock. You really went out of your way to help and you made my day. This is me saying thanks. More

Recently moved to the area so hadn't purchased my Charger here but their service has been tremendous anyway. Have had several occasions where I needed something last minute and they've done everything possi here but their service has been tremendous anyway. Have had several occasions where I needed something last minute and they've done everything possible to accommodate me in a timely fashion. Have had couple occasions where they mounted wheels and tires or swapped them and the rims have come out with no scratches or problems, which is never a given at a lot of service shops. I have dealt with a couple different service writers when dropping off and picking up and they've all been great. I won't be taking the car anywhere else for service, that's for sure. More
