For the most part it's an ok dealership. However on my last visit the new service rep Kate, was unknowledgeable, would not listen to what I was saying, was condescending, and did not apologize for the sit last visit the new service rep Kate, was unknowledgeable, would not listen to what I was saying, was condescending, and did not apologize for the situation in which she was 100% wrong even though I had told her the information she needed from the start. I am honestly considering never returning to the dealership based on her behavior. It was the complete opposite of customer service. More

Hopefully my Jeeps issue will eventually be solved instead of calling them characteristics. I had to have cooperate call since the recall it came in for never even got done. Had made appointment but when i arrived Lucas service person had no record of that. Had to Waite for close to 2 hours just the get my Jeep serviced under a recall.
