I will never use this dealership again even for warranty repair. Brought truck in twice within week and half for same issue only to be told on second visit it was a common problem. service advisor did not really know what I was there for. . I filled out all the information on your appointment page listing what I wanted done and all you did was change the oil which was done very fast. go . Still have no idea why my check engine light came on. It was just cleared no explanation! Had to come out of pocket for a rental car and my vehicle isn’t even a year old so clearly still under warranty. It was just cleared no explanation! Very disappointed today when I got an email saying I declined an AC filter and a multipoint inspection. When I brought my Pacifica in I said I knew I needed an oil change and new wipers. I also said to declined an AC filter and a multipoint inspection. When I brought my Pacifica in I said I knew I needed an oil change and new wipers. I also said to do anything else that was needed. I did not decline any service. In fact no one even spoke to me while I was waiting to tell me you recommended these services. The only thing said to me after I checked in was that my car was done. I was told everything was good. This makes me angry because now I will need to find the time to schedule a time to come in to have a service done that should have been done when I was there. More
Issue was not resolved. After paying $4000, the engine light came back on and now the Throttle control light is also on, after 140 miles! No one should be forced into subsidizing the cost of doing business. More

Brought my car in and the problem wasn’t fixed noticed it on the way home called and got a “we can schedule you an appointment again” so since somebody didn’t do there job correctly I get pushed to the bac on the way home called and got a “we can schedule you an appointment again” so since somebody didn’t do there job correctly I get pushed to the back of the line after I already brought it in to get it fixed. While my car was there getting fixed a service advisor called me and told me the technician might of heard something while driving it but come and pick it up because that wasn’t the issue that I came in for and told me “ I don’t wanna open that can of worms” I guess putting safe and reliable cars on the road is not your #1 priority. Tells me I can drop my car off and the shuttle can transport me to and from the dealership but when my car is ready to be picked up at noon the shuttle driver is gone. But I guess it’s fine my car is getting worse now and bring it in when I’m free but when I do I’m told we “might” be able to look at it the day I bring it in. More
