Really wish they hadn't sent me this survey. .. Kate was absolutely awful to deal with off the bat. My '21 Wrangler broke down in the middle of the road, with multiple error codes listed prior to .. Kate was absolutely awful to deal with off the bat. My '21 Wrangler broke down in the middle of the road, with multiple error codes listed prior to it getting to the dealership. Kate initially told me that there were pages of codes, then called and said there were no codes, back to telling me she could email me the list of stored codes, to the vehicle is operating as normal with no codes ever present. Went to pick it up, CAR DIED AND DUPLICATED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM. Tech came out and advised the manager that this is a serious electrical issue and he confirmed that he only scanned it and drove it, never even looked under the hood! They agreed to take a second look. I get a call the following day from Kate stating on my voicemail that they are refusing warranty repairs because I did not purchase the vehicle from them (guess she has never heard of warranty laws). The service manager, Bob, was atrocious to deal with. They wrote on my receipt that they refused warranty repairs & service. As I was taking pictures of the paperwork, Kate was attempting to rip the paperwork out of my hands and told me she needed to make additional edits (illegal, as it was already printed and handed to me) because she forgot to put that the vehicle was operating as designed (because it wasn't). The service manager, Bob, then tried to take the paperwork out of my hands again. Went out to start my vehicle with him (it hesitated), and I was met with him in my face accusing me of "buyers remorse", lying, and being a "stupid woman". He continued to flip me off across the parking lot on his way back in. More
