Solved the problem but not without many delays and miscommunications from the service department manager. Also why was no one in the service department at 4:15 pm on a Wednesday to look at my car when miscommunications from the service department manager. And while I do have the extended warranty and was quoted a price of $100 all the way till when I went to pick up my car ... 10 days later!... And then it was $200. Why? When I inquired why the price increase, they called the service department manager who came out to the cashier desk and she just flipped the paperwork and walked away even as I was speaking to her.
