I was very unhappy with this visit to service. I scheduled my new van to come in to have the leak fixed and to have the towing package installed. When I dropped it off I had verified the parts wou I scheduled my new van to come in to have the leak fixed and to have the towing package installed. When I dropped it off I had verified the parts would be available, parts verified that they were delivered. I also asked to have the license plates installed while the van was in for service. Later in the day I got a cal, towing could not be installed because they did not have enough time as it was a two day install. Did she not know this when I scheduled the service, or when I dropped the van off? I had to schedule another date. Then the icing was when I picked up the van, the new license plates were still sitting on the car seat not installed. I will never schedule service through Kate again, I will wait until Mike is available. More
I could not be more pleased with how I was treated by the service department. My check engine light came on and I called service and was told their next available appointment was in like 8 days. I guess the girl on the phone heard my disappointment and said if you want to drop the car off we will try to cycle it in. I dropped the car off on Monday night and Tuesday mid day the car was done. You can not ask for better service. More

Repair cost was twice other places and they charge a flat fee t($179) to tell you what is wrong and do not give a credit for the diagnostics toward the actual labor cost of the repair, never again. Brought truck in for engine light issue. Mike told me computer was flashed for O2 sensor error. Drove truck on interstate and light is back. Need a new O2 sensor.
