I called Monday (1/22), told them my issue and that I’d need an oil change. They said come in Thursday, it’s a known service bulletin issue (steering damper). I come in Thursday and it turns out the part is on back order. I got my oil change, everything went quick and well, but I’ll have to go back for the steering damper replacement. I wish I was told that the Monday I called, I would have preferred to get it all done at once. Aside from that, the wait for the oil change wasn’t long and the customer service was friendly. More

It took a month to get the TIPM replacement part from Stellantis-Chrysler but that was not Lucas fault. Kate my service adviser was very helpful. I like going there cause they know Jeeps and I have two. When I bring one in they have the records of service and advise me whats needed.
