Brought my car in for a minor repair. When I got the car home I found the work was done very amateurish and unsafe- to say the least. I brought my car back in the next day to rectify shoddy repair. When I home I found the work was done very amateurish and unsafe- to say the least. I brought my car back in the next day to rectify shoddy repair. When I got my car back this second time there was serious undercarriage damage in various places as if somebody went joyriding and hit major bumps or potholes. Dealer denied everything and basically told me to take a hike. I put in a dispute direct with Chrysler and nothing came of it. I would strongly recommend not to bring your car here for any repairs or maintenance. Very bad experience. More
