I purchased a 2014 used Dodge Durango Citadel with 77,000 miles for 26,000 cash from my wifes life insurance policy. It's only been 3 months and the warranty was 30 days or 1,000 miles horrible. I had to spend $1,300.00 bucks in 1mobth for repairs. Engine light every time. More

Megan checked me in day of service and made sure my vehicle was lined up for all the services it needed. I was also having an issue with my one tire holding correct air pressure which she also made sure the mechanics fixed. I am not sure or my mechanics name, but they were great. Won't change my incorrect email address I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehic I have tried for more than a year to get this dealership, service center and company to correct the email address for the person who purchased a vehicle from them — it wasn't me — and take mine out of their system. I am constently bombarded with emails about service that is due on the vehicle and advetisements for newer models from the company's corporate headquarters. I have contacted Michael Ginyard the sales rep, and people in the service department including the service director, Bob Bruce, and they've done nothing — as you can tell because I recieved this survey and have never been to their dealership. I feel bad that the real purchaser isn't getting the information they need. More

It had not been pulled outside and it took about 20 minutes before the cashier was able to find someone to bring the car out. Mike, the service desk person, was polite and personable.
