The service department is horrendous! They kept my Jeep for 5 days for a basic service. Every time I took it in for a problem it wasn't fixed. The service manager doesn't return calls and the other people for 5 days for a basic service. Every time I took it in for a problem it wasn't fixed. The service manager doesn't return calls and the other people in the department always have excuses. He's always out to lunch or coming in later than scheduled. I finally talked to him today and he's rude and unprofessional and refuses to fix the problems that I have been in multiple times over the past year. He told me to go back to where I bought the jeep! WTH is that?! More

I dealt with Megan, who was patient with all my complaints about my Trailhawk and she had the mechanic address all the proble friendly and courteous. 30k service plus complaint about abnormally high oil consumption. Wouldn't show me the supposed service bulletin that says 1 at of oil every 2000 miles is acceptable, not normal, but acceptable.
