Initially I was treated rudely by the sales person when I asked to speak to the manager. I couldn’t recall the managers name. There was clearly a lack of communication between the team members. I arrived at 2:50 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was aware that the shop guys normally leave at 3:00 but Kate got me in right away and made sure someone would service my vehicle.
