Recall service work done, Had to wait a week for appointment. They only completed one of two recalls at time. Had a week to get materials for other recall. Said they would call when materials arrive appointment. They only completed one of two recalls at time. Had a week to get materials for other recall. Said they would call when materials arrived. Which was next day. At time of pickup asked about loaner again, said no to short of a job. Was told just come back anytime. Quiet obvious they do not vale my time. It was a floor mate that needed replaced. Asked if they could mail to my house. Said no, I sure, I could have handled replacement, but they where more concerned about getting money for recall hours than customers time and satisfaction. I don't know if its a change in personnel or something else, but since I bought my truck in 2019 it gone downhill. We have bought numerous vehicles from them. Used to be a go to dealer, now its a stay away for me. More

I always get my oil changed here but this is the first time I needed actual service. (Blown tire) It was fast and easy, I ordered it from parts and Kate got me in as soon as it came in. Tire was changed, time I needed actual service. (Blown tire) It was fast and easy, I ordered it from parts and Kate got me in as soon as it came in. Tire was changed, spare put back, and the Jack was stored back under the seat. Excellent service on short timing. Thank you. More

Jeff in the service department was great, I got there a little early but they took my jeep in right away. Another sweet girl in the office can't remember her name but she was also very sweet and brought a little early but they took my jeep in right away. Another sweet girl in the office can't remember her name but she was also very sweet and brought a little toy for my grandson. Even a salesman came out and took my grandson to where they have snacks and drinks while you wait for your vehicle. Really nice people, pleasure going there. More
