Even tho my last experience wasn’t the best; I have had prior service that was great and honest. The recommended services were overpriced on top of they didn’t apply my coupon at the end of the transaction prior service that was great and honest. They went above and beyond, especially Kate, the service person I talked to. She owns a horse and I love it. I have a 2013 Dodge Durango Crew 5.7L Hemi. The service crew at Lucas has my SUV running and looking like new. On several occasions they have identified and fixed key mechanical issues, which could have be crew at Lucas has my SUV running and looking like new.
