Brought vehicle in for brake repair a few months ago. When I tried to take the wheels off to put on new wheels the lug nuts had been put on so tightly that i stripped one of the bolts and ground up a few When I tried to take the wheels off to put on new wheels the lug nuts had been put on so tightly that i stripped one of the bolts and ground up a few of the others. Lug wrench wouldnt budge the bolts. Had to use a socket wrench with a 4 ft breaker bar and even then it was hard to get them to move. If I had gotten a flat on the road there is no way I would have been able to get the wheel off. Brought the vehicle in to remove remove/replace the lug nut which they were able to do. Also brought a key in which I needed programmed to start the vehicle. At pickup I was told that they cant program aftermarket keys but that I owed the fee for them to obtain the code to program the key. If they couldnt program an aftermarket key why did they lookup the code? More
