I needed a steering rack replaced and knew I would take it to Lucas because of past experiences I’ve had. Easy appointment scheduled and I dropped off my Jeep with expectations of picking it up in 2 days, it to Lucas because of past experiences I’ve had. Tire rotation and oil change for 4x what you can pay at Jiffy Lube. No additional services. Didn’t wash or vacuum car. Didn’t top off any other fluids and didn’t inflate tires while they were rotating th Jiffy Lube. No additional services. Didn’t wash or vacuum car. Didn’t top off any other fluids and didn’t inflate tires while they were rotating them. My car has a recall to fix an issue….they didn’t mention it or fix the issue. People were friendly. But service offered was below subpar. More
