I was told by by the assistant manager upon checking in that my issue was covered under warranty. When they found the problem, which I told them was the problem in the beginning, they told me a lightbul that my issue was covered under warranty. When they found the problem, which I told them was the problem in the beginning, they told me a lightbulb would not be covered under warranty. I explained what they had shown me, and what I already knew was the problem, was in fact not the lightbulb, but a melting issue. He insisted it was the lightbulb and once again said it was not covered. I left the dealer without getting a replacement. My husband called them shortly after I left to get more information. The service manager proceeded to call my husband "bro" and then hung up on him. My husband called back to see if they were disconnected, and the service manager told him that he purposely hung up on him. Of course my husband was not happy about the service, the service manager, or the fact that he was just referred to as "bro" and was hung up on. The service manager then told my husband to "come down here" so he could call the police and have him escorted out. All this over a 'lightbulb' issue. But wait there's more! After finally having a civilized conversation, the service manager told my husband that the assistant manager "never said it was the lightbulb" to me. My husband was on the phone with me when I was originally told it was the lightbulb and that it was not covered. So he heard both sides. I do not recommend this dealership. Nevertheless, when we originally went car shopping last year we came to Lucas to check out a vehicle that was listed on their internet sales. They brought out a vehicle for us to look at, which was listed online, that was never detailed and smelled like cigarette smoke. I've dealt with their sales department and service department and do not recommend either. More

I got my truck sprayed which was ok however I did ask that all stickers were taken off; they said absolutely..
