vehicle dropped off for a battery and a door switch, I was on phone when they dropped it off mentioning those two items, imagine my surprise when the bill shows up to the tune of $3000 with new brakes, ti was on phone when they dropped it off mentioning those two items, imagine my surprise when the bill shows up to the tune of $3000 with new brakes, tires, and more work that I did not ask for and I never received any phone calls confirming the work to be done and when it would be completed and had to repeatedly call them asking for updates and was often sent to voicemail. I had Ricky as my sales rep and he did an excellent job getting the deal that I wanted with the trade in. He seems knowledgeable about what he sells although I just walked in the store.
