Beyond simple oil changes and brakes, they don't seem to know what they are doing. I brought in a stalling issue, the first time it was the gas tank - and they changed the gas tank (it was a recall). I broke down again due to stalling and this 2nd trip was due to a CAM Sensor which is $79 but cost $400 to install. I also got a carbon cleaning and tune up. Not 10 miles traveled the car stalls multiple times and I have it towed to Lucas. They didn't charge me to fix it this 3rd time bringing it in for the same reason but now say it was a computer board that controls the engine. I let them know they'd be losing a customer if they cannot fix this. Upon leaving the dealership the car still didn't work properly. I wanted another Dodge but they are my local repair shop - since they have no clue how to fix my issue I traded the car in for a new 2016 Nissan and won't be buying another Dodge any time soon. I have no issue with the sales dept. or the Dodge car I had - it was rock solid for 10 years but Lucas Service in Hainsport is to be avoid unless you want to spend a lot of time and many trips there. AWFUL BEWARE!!! This place is awful!! We bought a car there brand new. They messed up our contract two separate times!!! Each time we had to drive back out BEWARE!!! This place is awful!! Once I had to sign a whole new contract and the second time I actually had to pay them money or they were going to hold my registration!!! After dealing with this issue twice I had had enough and asked to speak with a manager. It turns out he was the most incompetent manager I have ever dealt with! He accused me of being "irrational" because I am a woman and told my boyfriend that it must be hard since were so short on money! It was so insulting for us to have the manager judge us and to assume we couldn't pay (after we bought a brand new jeep wrangler for $35,000). The manager and our sales associate Harry Cutts were both unbelievably rude and blamed the contract mess-ups on us! This place is just as bad as the Cherry Hill Triplex if not worse!!!!! More

The finance manager doesn't know what he's doing and unnecessarily ran my credit a DOZEN times because he didn't put the deal together correctly. Then the service manager is rude and condescending. I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass, but should be call a 2014 piece of plastic crap. Oil leak within the 1st week of owning it. New off the lot. I wouldn't be as mad if the service manager didn't try to tell me that I just don't know how to use an automatic transmission. I've bought 9 cars in 6 years and this was by far the worst experience I've had. More
Brought my car in for a minor repair. When I got the car home I found the work was done very amateurish and unsafe- to say the least. I brought my car back in the next day to rectify shoddy repair. When I got my car back this second time there was serious undercarriage damage in various places as if somebody went joyriding and hit major bumps or potholes. Dealer denied everything and basically told me to take a hike. I put in a dispute direct with Chrysler and nothing came of it. I would strongly recommend not to bring your car here for any repairs or maintenance. Very bad experience. More

Beware - Long story short - I was given a quote by E. Haug for a veh. knowing that no incentives or rebates were available to me. That's great. Good Price, somewhat higher than True Market Value but acceptable. At the dealership Ralph Ruggiero got involved as the sales manager and it went downhill from there. He's EXTREMELY DISHONEST. My quote was not honored and he lied telling me that a rebate I wasn't qualified for was included in my quote so he added another $1000.00 to the price taking it from $32,777 to 33,777 for a jeep wrangler sport that had a MSRP sticker price of $34,225. WOW what a deal !!! Then he began with financing options and turned the pressure up which would have stuffed his pockets even more. I didn't let him go as far as trying to sell additional high ticket items such as warranties. I told him my wife had to get to work and nearly ran away from that place in a fit of anger. While still within a mile of that place I called another dealer internet sales manager and explained what happened to me. The person apologized and gave me a great quote on a '13 Sahara model. I drove right there (50 miles from Lucas) was met at the door by the ISM, introduced to my salesman who HONORED the quote (I won't even mention the numbers they were so low) which was below invoice and True Market Value, signed the paperwork, and now own a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara thanks to Ralph Ruggiero. The glowing reviews I've read are now very confusing to me. I researched as much and probably more than most gving me the impression that anyone who speaks in a positive manner about Ralph is either ill informed about pricing and the buying process or had such bad credit that they allowed him to take advantage of them just for the sake of being able to finance an auto. Please do your homework and BEWARE if you have the misfortion of having to deal with Ralph Ruggiero. Better yet. Avoid Lucas and play it safe. The money you save may be your own. More

He explained the vehicle operations to us as well as show us the service station. We've never been shown or introduced to the service station the past times we've purchased vehicle at other dealerships. His attitude was upbeat much more than the finance guy Steven. Brian was also very pleasant and understanding to work with. Thanks again for a great price on our new truck that's sure to out last the previous. More
