Hopefully my Jeeps issue will eventually be solved instead of calling them characteristics. I had to have cooperate call since the recall it came in for never even got done. Still hesitates while trying to excelerate. Poor radio connection and blue tooth issues even after update was paid for. 😢 More

Had made appointment but when i arrived Lucas service person had no record of that. Had to Waite for close to 2 hours just the get my Jeep serviced under a recall. They sold me $780. of diff oil and person had no record of that. Had to Waite for close to 2 hours just the get my Jeep serviced under a recall. They sold me $780. of diff oil and labor.
