Terrible experience. I took my Jeep in FOUR times to fix the same issue. Each time I was reassured that it was fixed and I was good to go. Mind you, I had to rent and borrow vehicles just to get around whil the same issue. Each time I was reassured that it was fixed and I was good to go. Mind you, I had to rent and borrow vehicles just to get around while my car was being fixed. No attempt was made to get me a rental/loaner vehicle even though the issue continued to reoccur. Finally, I asked for the sales manager and he was extremely rude and told me to “go somewhere else” and get it fixed. Not much of a reply to someone who’s had to bring their vehicle back four times because of your dealerships incompetence. Least to say, the worst experience I’ve had since owning Jeep. Definitely won’t be getting more of my business. So much for an American brand. More
I was told it was a key issue. It was not. $488 later it was not. They helped me get my vehicle warrantied which was much appreciated! But I did not need keys replaced and reprogrammed.
