I was trying to sell my car and I got a quote from the online. It said that they offered a hefty boost since they were aggressively trying to increase their used inventory. I was very happy with the numbe online. It said that they offered a hefty boost since they were aggressively trying to increase their used inventory. I was very happy with the number as it was a bit more that I actually expected by about a thousand dollars. I live an hour away so I called them to confirm the number they were at and told them how far the drive would be and that it would be a two hour round trip if they did not honor the price that I was shown online. I was assured twice that this was the number they were at. I offered to send pictures and videos to make sure this was an accurate number since I didn't want to drive out that far just to drive back. I immediately left my house and was there in an hour. When I got there I brought up the online price and they immediately started talking it down and then they gave me an offer of almost 5k less than the original offer. Overall would never do any business with them in any regard. I tried to avoid the exact situation that happened and asked twice just to be sure and they confirmed it wouldn't happen but it did. More

I was shocked on the condition my car was in when we picked it up. 13 hundred dollars and you couldn’t take 5 minutes to spray the car down. It was absolutely filthy.
