Michale Altizer at the service department was clear and courteous, easy to talk too. I waited for my car was being worked on. Michale explained in detail what things need to be worked on as priority. Sent a video and made sure he added note to my service order. They took care of my car. The sales department, however: was a bit relentless. Two approved me with round about questions....the one. on a hot summer day. on the hot pavement with my dog. He abruptly stop me to ask questions. Here I thought I was being approached by a service professional. I was waiting for them to get to a point, so I could go pay... before I realized he was trying to sell me. Service is excellent, the sales team need to stop being manipulative. More
