When I asked Mike Altizer (technical advisor) for a status update, he was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, constantly calling me "man" and "dude" while making excuses about being short-staffed and offering no solutions. The worst part? When I decided to leave, he couldn’t find my keys or my vehicle and even asked if I knew where it was—unbelievable incompetence. A frustrating and pointless experience, as my vehicle service was never started nor completed. As a Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of service, I have never been treated with such blatant disrespect both in and out of uniform. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Loyalty Volkswagen in Chester, Virginia. I cannot in good faith or conscience recommend Loyalty Volkswagen to anyone. ⚠️ BE WARNED: If you value your time, respect, and professionalism, take your business elsewhere.
