Loyalty VW ruined my 2022 VW Taos (4800 Miles). After a oil change and a systems check was completed, I received a call stating the service was complete. Upon picking up the car, I noticed multiple system failures displayed on the dash, engine light, yellow triangle, error start/stop, engine control malfunction, and a few others I am not sure the meaning of. I asked the service advisor about the errors and he replied the errors were caused by a software update. Instead of offering to correct their mistake, he stated the car was okay to drive and would contact me to reschedule a visit. To date I have not heard back from Loyalty VW. Avoid Loyalty VW service department. (RO # 3670323/1) Zero star rating was not a choice More
This was our first experience with this dealership and it was excellent. Our salesperson was Joseph Jones. He came out almost immediately to greet us and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The was excellent. Our salesperson was Joseph Jones. Joseph was also was very patient as it took me quite a bit of time to make a decision. He told me about the various features of the vehicles so I could make an informed decision.
