We've been very pleased with our experience at Loyalty Volkswagen in Chester. Great service at the purchase, but have really enjoyed working with Mike Altizer in Service. Our 2018 Tiguan has been mostly Volkswagen in Chester. Great service at the purchase, but have really enjoyed working with Mike Altizer in Service. Our 2018 Tiguan has been mostly problem-free; just the usual preventive maintenance, but Mike has been a joy to work with over the years. Prompt, professional, tells us what we need to know. I know that sometimes dealer service departments are not viewed in the most favorable light. Not true hear. Service after the sale with Mike has been great! More
