I was in a panic situation. It was late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, a tire wasn’t holding air, a tire store told me it couldn’t be patched and not to drive it the It was late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving, a tire wasn’t holding air, a tire store told me it couldn’t be patched and not to drive it the next day to various family gatherings, and to bring the car back the day after Thanksgiving for four replacement tires at the cost of $1456. I had just turned 30,000 miles on this set of top of the line tires, so there was plenty of tread left. Within the past month, I had faced several thousand dollars of other (not car related) unexpected expenses, so this news hit hard. On my way home, I thought to stop at Loyalty Chevrolet Cadillac. I’ve dealt with their service team in the past and have always had a good experience. Since it was the end of the day right before a holiday, I didn’t know if they would be able to help me. Trey Kight listened to my situation and offered to take a look despite the hour. He and Rigo quickly discovered the problem area and determined that the tire could indeed be patched. They handled the situation on the spot and I was soon on my way with a $35 bill, saving me well over $1000 and freeing me up to enjoy my Thanksgiving stops. Thank you Trey! I purchased my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from Loyalty Cadillac in October 2024. Three weeks later my vehicle received a 5 inch scratch, resulting in me visiting the Loyalty Cadillac Collision Center for repair of in October 2024. Three weeks later my vehicle received a 5 inch scratch, resulting in me visiting the Loyalty Cadillac Collision Center for repair of the scratch. I found the collision center staff to be courteous and the bodywork was exceptional. I received my vehicle back clean and on the date promised, with the staff keeping me informed of the status of my car. I would highly recommend Loyalty Cadillac for sales, service, and collision repair. More

Your service was amazing. I visited your dealership after I noticed my state inspection sticker had expired. I had already been to 2 other providers of this service only to I visited your dealership after I noticed my state inspection sticker had expired. I had already been to 2 other providers of this service only to be told I needed an appointment in the coming week and would have to drop off my car. Since I am a widow, I had no one to help me do that, so I went to Loyalty. The personnel, especially Trey Kight, were wonderful! They not only inspected my car but also checked the tire pressure which On-Star had notified me was low. I can't thank them enough!! More
