I do my homework when it comes to major purchases. I spend hours on the computer for reviews and prices of the object I plan to purchase. In 2007 I had planned to purchase a my first new vehicle, a Toyota Prerunner Off Road TRD Double Cab 4X2 Truck. I visited a couple dealers in the South GA area and was not satisfied with how I was treated as a customer, or the price. A friend told me to go to Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins. The exact truck I wanted was on the lot. The salesman I worked with at the time was very friendly and explained everything to me so that I understood. I was very pleased and excited about the new purchase. This year, 2010, it was time for me to make another purchase. I was passing my first purchase down to my son. Again, I did my homework. I searched on the internet for longevity, resale value, gas mileage, a price range to fit my budget, and of course what appeals to my taste. I decided that I wanted the new 2011 TX Off Road Toyota Prerunner. I began making calls this time. I knew what the truck looked like; the body style had not changed. I just needed someone to give me a good price. I talked to a few dealers over the phone, but it seemed that business over the phone was not what they wanted. After a little dismay, I made the call to Lowe Toyota. I told the salesperson what I wanted, and after an intelligent conversation, he gave me a price that was in my budget. I was so excited. Don Watts was very friendly over the phone. When I arrived at the dealer, everything was as he said it would be. The truck was ready to go and everything I asked for over the phone. I was in and out of the dealership in just a couple of hours. I was so excited. The service was great! Why I ever called the other dealers in the first place is beyond me. More
My experience was Marcus was great. He was very professional and helpful. He dealt with me online and by phone prior to meeting face to face. I visited the dealership several times with family members who had purchased cars there previously, including my mother. This time, I was able to purchase my own. I requested saleswoman Linda C. Slaughter because of her great reputation for selling cars with this dealership. She was recommended by my mom, who purchased a car from her almost 8 years ago. Mrs. Slaughter gave my mom GREAT service then, and she returned the favor to me. This is my first car purchase, and Lowe Toyota made it very memorable. The financial officer Rusty Hutson, was very specific as it related to financing and payments and customer relations Grace Brown, was very informative about the benefits and services offered by Toyota. I love this dealership and the staff! I am so glad that I have joined the Toyota family, specifically the Lowe Toyota family. If they were to receive a rating from 1-10, with 10 being excellent, they would receive a 15 from me, primarily because their excellent customer service exceeds the standards. Most people would say that they exceed expectations, but I wouldn't say that because I expect nothing but GREATNESS from them, and that's what I got. They top all dealerships in the middle Georgia area. More
I stopped at Lowes to check out cars,prices,etc. I was not set on a specific car make or model or if I was going to purchase a car that day. I knew a few "wants" and quite a few "don't" wants that I had in mind. I asked my friend, Jessie to come with me as she is more,"car savvy" than me. Ray had not one but two women firing questions as fast as we could think of them. He was very patient, asking specific questions to zero in on the best car for my needs. If we didn't understand something he would repeat/rephrase so we did understand. I felt comfortable with Ray's experience and guidance. He gave me phone numbers to reach him if I had any questions or problems. I took his card, not thinking that I would ever need to use it. As it turned out, I did need some information a few days later and didn't know where to begin to find it. I called Ray, who was on his lunch break at the time. Within an hour I had the needed information. I was also told that I could stop by the dealership at any time if I needed anything. I will recommend Lowe Toyota and Ray Johnson to my friends for their car needs. Ray Johnson is a great asset to your dealership. More
I like how Mr.Don Watts didn't try to over sell the car to me. I also like how he let me drive the car without him in it because he let me see how the car drove without someone trying to sway me into buyin to me. When me and my dad came out to look at vehicle's one sunday and Mr. Watts was there that day he pretty much knew what kind of car I want it and he took me right to the toyota corolla sport and I was pretty much hook on the car. That is some of the reasons why I decide to buy the toyota corolla sport. One more thing I like to say is that Mr. Don Watts was a very nice man who didn't try to rush me into buying the car. More

We stopped by your dealership on a Sunday afternoon just to look at what the Prius models looked like in person. (We had been doing research on the computer and talking to a friend who owns one). While we were there, Mr. Watts happened to come by the dealership. He approached us to see if he could answer any questions---and we had plenty of them. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He spent at least 45 minutes with us even though the dealership was closed and it was Sunday afternoon. He told us about the rental cars available for sale and about the new 2010 Prius that could be purchased at 0% interest. He invited us to come back for a test drive at our earliest convenience. When we arrived at the dealership for our test drive, we had already decided to purchase a Prius if we could get the car at a price that would fit our budget with our specified down payment and monthly payment desired. We looked at several cars and several options. Again, Mr. Watts was very patient with us and worked with us until we found a car that we really liked that fit our budget/down payment/monthly payment specifications. Mr. Watts never pressured us to go for something we did not want or something outside our budget. We have had the car for five days now. Each time we get in it to drive, we are excited about the hybrid and discover new things about it. We hope that we continue to be as pleased with it for many years to come. More
