I had a car to trade and I live in Cordele and she told me to t I was looking at your website and I got contacted with Jordie Hanson. She was awesome. I had a car to trade and I live in Cordele and she told me to take some pictures and send to her and then she could get a trade in value for my car. She worked the whole transaction by email, text and one phone call. Then to my surprise she told me someone could come and pick up my car and bring me the new one. Great shopping and buying experience, great salesman Jamey Harrelson was fantastic in showing me the vehicles I was interested in, and my whole experience with the dealership before and after buying a 4R Jamey Harrelson was fantastic in showing me the vehicles I was interested in, and my whole experience with the dealership before and after buying a 4Runner was exceptional. I've bought a number of vehicles, starting back in 1980, and this was easily the best overall experience. Jamey took time to show me a number of SUVs over a couple of days of visits, and his knowledge of the precise differences between packages and models was impressive. He really knows his Toyotas! Plus, after shopping at five other dealerships in the same week where I was frequently pounced on by overly aggressive or "slick" salespeople, I really appreciated Jamey's friendly but not-at-all-pushy approach. He seemed genuinely to want to help me, not to pressure me into buying something without really thinking hard about pros and cons. Jamey--and all the Lowe staff I dealt with--were very helpful and "un-pushy" when we got into negotiating and arranging finances. They truly seemed to want me to be happy with my purchase and with my interaction with their dealership. After I bought the 4Runner--which I LOVE--Jamey and others at Lowe Toyota have been absolutely helpful in educating me about my vehicle's features, helping me with some minor accessorizing, and taking care of early-days maintenance. Bottom line: Jamey Harrelson was the best car salesman I've ever dealt with, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of Lowe Toyota from the moment I arrived on the lot to the last time I stopped in for maintenance. Just a great buying experience all around. I live in Macon, but I am so glad I made the trip to Warner Robins to shop and make a purchase from Lowe. Five stars rating, no question! More
