Reggie met us at the door and asked how he could be of service to us. I told him I was in the market for a Rav 4 and asked him about the 3rd row seating option. He informed me that Lowe Toyota did not h service to us. I told him I was in the market for a Rav 4 and asked him about the 3rd row seating option. He informed me that Lowe Toyota did not have one with that particular option on the lot but would check the computer for availability if we cared to wait. He located exactly what I wanted and showed us the color choices and options that were on the vehicle. When I asked how soon it could get to Lowe Toyota, he informed me he could have it here the next day. True to his word it arrived right on schedule and after he had it detailed I was called. From start to finish and that includes the sales manager and finance department it was a seamless transaction and a real pleasure to deal with a car salesman that did not use overbearing tactics to get me to purchase from them.
